Esther McConkey, PT
Director of Rehabilitation
Esther attended Tennessee Tech from 1977-1980. She graduated from Austin Peay State University with a degree in Biological Research. She attended UT Memphis 1980-1982 BS in Physical Therapy. Esther has served as the director since Omni opened in 1991.

Mary Leta Shavers, PT
Women’s Health Coordinator
Mary Leta attended UT at Memphis 1998
BS in Physical Therapy.
Came to Omni 1999 (full time), started part time at Omni 2006.

Miranda Law Byford, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Miranda graduated from Belmont University in 2012 with a BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and a minor in Athletic Training.
She received her doctorate in PT also at Belmont in 2013.
She has worked at Omni since 2013.

Janeane Taylor, ATC
Outreach Coordinator
Janeane graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development. Janeane is Nationally and state certified as an athletic trainer since 1994. She has worked at Omni since 1996 as a clinical athletic trainer and provides sports medicine coverage for Bedford County high schools part time.

Leisa Farris PTT
Physical Therapy Technician
Leisa has been with the Omni Center since we opened in 1991.

Brannon McConkey, BS Exercise Science
Brannon implements self pace programs, aquatic instruction, and various exercises. He can also assist with any supply questions.

Cindy Fox is our receptionist who handles the majority of the scheduling and cancellations. She also answers questions regarding the self pace program and directs calls to the appropriate personnel.

Jacque Daffern is our insurance specialist answering benefit questions and copay and/or coinsurance information.

Elaine Brantley is our senior insurance specialist handling insurance billing questions, account balances and worker’s compensation approvals.

Bettye Hasty is our office manager.
